very well for the situation next to the beach in calella, but without parking. room with wooden door that connects to the room next to where you hear everything that neighbors do or not. a bit difficult to rest if above all are the last noises of the neighbor's apartment (if it is noisy, with a wooden door between both walls does not help much for rest).
