I rarely evaluate a restaurant twice, but here it seems appropriate. last week we were there to ganslessen, as this restaurant was still very good of our silver wedding in memory and we were not disappointed. the gans was excellent, not too long roasted, beautiful juicy, the blue herb was deliciously tasted, the meatstrudel as a supplement wonderful and the carbureted with crunch really succeeded. the blue-french big john was perfect to cool the way this belongs and of course not stopped (see my review "ganslessen ii" to the heart wine room. before gave as a greeting from the kitchen a lamb tartare, simply wonderful. the salat was the only thing that wasn't quite convincing, I expected more...
we first visited this small inconspicuous restaurant on the basis of the menu recommended at the sporgasse. completely without expectations we enjoyed one of the best dinners in this price class. the menu is small but extremely refined and offers something for everyone. the spears themselves shined with incredible raffinesses in relation to the incredibly thoughtful presentation and afterwards with the taste experience. even simple foods, which had been eaten 100 times, like zb bruschetta, laid a new scale. the ambiente itself is small but fine and we will reserve the next time. conclusion: everything fresh and self-made. all great!
This time I looked through the restaurant reviews for graz and chose the golden pastete.This is a cozy local with a small menu,very good beer from brewing and an equally good open red wine. After we were so well guarded at lunchtime, we also spent the evening there. also our shepherd was welcome, was pampered with water and a greeting from the kitchen.The service is very attentive, while inexpressible.The meals were prepared by excellent fresh and quality and with a whipped and optically very nicely served. in salat with cute strips you find hazelnuts, apple slices etc. really a poem. We'll be back.
it was astonishingly little going on there, one takes the crowds that have passed by locally as measured. to the luck! both the appetizer and the main food are looking for equal value for money. beautiful ambiente, great bark liver (and that wants to be hot) and friendly service. I will certainly recommend.

very surprised by eating and the ambiente. very friendly staff cozy atmosphere. small and fine but eating has really surprised me because the eye eats with. great eating and super dressed away from the unity.
Originally it was camouflaged as a spot, but the quality of the chef gerry has completely knocked me around! visit this small family business and convince you of the great quality!
who ever tormented the sporgasse, should definitely reward himself with good eating in the golden paste! no standard menu, excellent eating, friendly boarding, good location!
