update 2022: Woman Savich is still there and our two zöliakien had again a great experience with scavengers, salads, etc! they are very careful. we called earlier to be sure she would be there. Woman Manuela Semlitsch is the owner and in 2019 has provided a wonderful service for our family, including two celiacs. she cleanses the frit for shnitzel, cordon blue and Pommes/Fries for zöliakie and our child, which is extremely sensitive, had no problems at all. we went twice in three days! call them forward to make sure they are still responsible. it is a small place and it makes the cooking art itself. very friendly, very local, and very Austrian. wonderful!
