Georges Cafe - Table reservation

I write quite alot of reviews on trip advisor and this is the only negative one i have ever left... From start to finish eveything was bad! We walked in, had to clean the table ourselves as they hadnt cleaned up properly, dirty cutlery on the floor and chair and theb proceeded to attempt to order our food. Lady at the till was rude and had no clue what she was doing and continuously kept asking us to repeat our order. We must have repeated it at least 5 times and there was only 3 of us eating! She couldnt add up the cost even with a calculator, got frustrated and told us she couldnt do it and got another woman to do it! (This was again after over 3 goes of adding it up!! If you like over cooked eggs. Cheap fatty sausages. Bread and butter buttered on both sides. Salty beans. Cheap coffee and want to pay for an extra drink you never asked for. Then try this place. Mind the knives and fork on the floor though

Breakfasts and lunches served by friendly polite staff, Always news papers to read. I go there when ever in Pitsea as the price and service is good.Best Burgers in town.

their breakfast is second to none. We ear out a fair bit have visited many places but you cant beat Georges diner. You can see the food being cooked.

A nice clean cafe with reasonable prices. I can heartily recommend the pie and mash with liquor. Mind you, the other food is good too
