It 's a bar, ok? A 'dive bar ' if you will. But their food is great. Love their jumbo shrimp and halibut chunks on the night menu. And they have this shrimp- -crab cocktail on the weekends that is to die for. I hear their bfast and lunch menus are great too, but I don 't spend too many bfasts lunches in bars...
Well then..... this is THE most unpretentious little spot. And boy oh boy let be tell you what. The food, the service, the staff, the people in the bar. Above and beyond. I can't say enough about Jolene. She knows what you want/ need before you do! Do yourself a favor get the prawns. Heck yeah Gils. Keep it up.
This place is an unknown gem here in the gem state. Yes it looks a bit rough but the waitresses were very attentive. You order from the white board and it has its specials. On Fridays they have this massive crab meat mound with some large shrimp in it. Is 45.00 and it will feed two people. If is a hidden gem.
They get 5 stars because John brought back his crab cocktail. Prawns are the best and their cocktails are exceptional.
