First time going here and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. Went with a party of 6 around 9pm on a Saturday night. Reviews looked decent and place was kinda crowded so we figured let's check it out. Right off the bat there was a huge language barrier making it very difficult to ask questions or order. The staff were friendly but busy and never came to offer refills. The food was quick but just really not that great. I hope that they are able to improve what needs
This use to be my favorite hibachi spot but recently things have changed and not in the best way. The service is friendly, it more like a family vibe. The menu mentions shrimp appetizer with all dinners but the serve said it?s no long included. They should definitely remove that. Why does the soup come with one noodle? The salad was a little sauggy. Seems like they are cutting corners to make profit but I would highly suggest another way. My noodles were a mix of
the food was over cooked, chicken, scallops, steak. no show. holding utensils hostage. did not have chopstick assistance for kids. had to bed for chopsticks on multiple occasions and a knife since the steak wasn?t even cut for my 3 year old. never came back to check on drinks. super not impressed for my excited 3 year old?s birthday. he was not impressed either. will go somewhere else to get true experience. would not come back again.
We?ve just has the best Japanese Steak House dinner we?ve had in a very, very long time. Not all Japanese Steak Houses are very good. But Ginza is tops! From the expertise of Chef Bob to the attentiveness of our waiter David, everything was superb. We can?t rate Ginza highly enough!
