Even though I payed the room almost 7 days in advance and the location had all the information that I am coming with a two months baby, we received a very big COLD ROOM, with only 2 small heaters that were turned off, and even after turning them on, the room had a constant temperature UNDER 21 °Celsius even after 40 minutes of waiting with the baby coveredin blankets! We asked for help from the person that answer the locations phone, either for a smaller room, or a device that can help us make the room little bit more warm, as we have a very small baby that needs to be washed. While booking on Airbnb, I accidentally booked the wrong date. I immediately noticed and contacted Peter, as they could only cancel from their side. Instead of offering an alternative, Peter decided to essentially steal my money instead of cancelling the booking or offering an alternative. They were put out in no way as I booked at 10pm and he got back to me at 7am. I don’t recommend dealing with a company that treats people this way. It’s clearly just interested in your money.
Schöne Zimmer und hervorragende Lage. Altstadt vor der Haustür. Ein herliches Gebäude mit Charme. Sind das zweite mal im Goldenen Stern und kommen garantiert wieder.
Polster nicht komfortabel. Alles self service, scheint aber sehr gut zu funktionieren. Preis Leistung sehr stimmig.
