the eagle has been part of the established, clear food landscape of Weissenburg for decades. who likes Franconian tassels, likes baked carp eats and grounded hostage food, is not disappointed here in the final. Price performance also fits. the dishes that come from the kitchen look at everyone appetizing and yes....ab and too tastes something deft in a simple gas house. Conclusion: I would recommend to some extent.
the restaurant offers local cuisine at a reasonable price. the service was very friendly; she had pointed out to us that both the appetizer and the main course contains salat. therefore we got the fried mushrooms seperat. the pfifferlings were very good; also tender and trout were good.Only the teig bags with pfifferlings were depuffed as tortellini, which probably are not produced themselves.
typical German place, nice personal and neat beer. Unfortunately, it wasn't so great to eat. really unexpected fish al carpaccio, it is in order not to know the speeches, but it would have been desirable to communicate them! certainly not typical and something burned.
