Grill350 - Table reservation

The restaurant decor and ambience was very nice, well designed next to the sticky huge table numbers standing on each table. The service was so poor that we probably did not ever return even though the food was good. We ordered the special drink from the menu called "filthy hot", which should be a spicy dirty martini, the blue cheese and pepper filled olives with the choice of gray geese vodka or gin. A friend asked about this with the gray geese and the server asked what kind of vodka after he explained for some time that gray geese is the type of vodka, we think the server got it, the other was a kettle a filthy hot. I know that this restaurant only opened recently but they better get their act together quickly. The service was poor but not the wait staff’s fault as there were only two people working in the dining room and it was packed. We ordered cocktails and 1/2 hour later received 3 of the 4 ordered and the martini wasn’t as ordered. When the final drink arrived it was supposed to be the same type of martini and it was in a rock glass and tasted nothing like a martini. Told the waitress and ordered white wine instead. She wasn’t very apologetic but did remove the drinks from the bill. We received appetizers and food in decent time but bus staff was a little quick to try and remove plates. The tables...

I had high hopes for this newly renovated space on the site of a former favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. While our food server was competent enough, and very friendly, the service at the bar was terrible. Took 15 minutes for a bartender to take our order—they were too busy looking at paperwork. The margarita type specialty cocktail seemed to have no more than a few drops of alcohol in it. Wasn’t about to order a second, although it was tasty. The food itself was the biggest disappointment. Uninventive and mediocre at best. Worst were the fries which tasted like a freezer. Also, the lighting was much too bright for dining, and they must have adjusted it 10 times...

Our group was a bit hesitant based on the opening reviews we read on OT. I have to say we were very happy with the service we received. Staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. There were 5 in our group and everyone ordered something different. The food was delicious! We can’t wait to return and try other options on the menu.

Inexperienced waitress, sent back 3 out of 4 dishes, and it was very loud. We are not going back. Too bad we were hoping for better.
