The colourful furniture certainly draws your eye, to this relaxed bar, along Altea 's beach front paseo. We 've previously visited Guantanamera a couple of times; but only for coffee and fresh fruit smoothies. The smoothies are freshly made and are a tasty 'goodness injection '! For this day-time visit, we decided to sample the food: and we weren 't disappointed! The tapas options we tried, were full of flavour, fresh and well presented: all at a reasonable price. The service from the young lady from Belfast, was first class. She was attentive, friendly; but not intrusive. If you 're ever meandering your way along the Paseo, then I 'd recommend a visit to Guantanamera.
We had a great afternoon after a long walk and was lovely seating at Gusntanamera Thank you Milen for your kindness and professionalism. Even you were very busy you keep smiling and trying to do the best you can do. Bravo!! Came for a 10 day holiday to Altea, was in this bar every night. They have the best staff who are always happy and helpful and make you feel so welcome! Also lovely cocktails and a large selection of drinks! (And shots) Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Altea!
A lovely beach-side bar visited by our group of 6 on many occasions last week. Apart from the extremely friendly staff, it was the only bar in Altea where we found Espresso Martinis . Many other cocktails were also sampled and all are highly recommended!
