I love this nutrition shake and tea shop. I think it is the best one in the area I will drive to this one even though it is a little bit further away and there are others closer for me. The shake always comes out perfectly made. I love going after morning workouts! My go to is Sugar Cookie.
loved this place, but don’t like that my tea goes up $10 each time i go in?! one day it’s 15 the next it’s 33 for a tea?! but great place just b ready to pay way too much!!
Shakes are really good and the tea bombs will pick you up when you need that mid day boost! The staff is really friendly and always chatty.
Seriously delicious! I love that these have 24 grams of protein only 250 calories!!!! Woohoo! So satisfying?
