I gave this a two because normally, I love these guys. The service is usually very fast and friendly and the guy I think might be the owner or at least the head honcho) gives me a discount because I work at the hospital. Today, though, there were two teenage kids, a girl and a boy and both were rude at worst and just completely apathetic at best. My wife and I both greeted the girl, asking how she was, ya know, the normal little pleasantries, and she just stared at us expecting our orders and never spoke. The food was impeccable compared to Charley’s Philly Steaks. My fries were crispy. My sandwich was meaty, oozing with cheese, and toasty all at the same time.
