This restaurant is exceptionally well-maintained and one of the cleanest I have ever visited. The staff were respectful and handled mistakes in the order with professionalism and politeness. The washrooms were immaculate and the food was fantastic. It is similar to Subway in that you can customize your burgers just like you can customize your sandwich at Subway.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. After waiting for over 2 hours for my food to arrive, I called them 5 times with no answer. This is unacceptable. I give this restaurant a zero-star rating for their lack of respect for customer's time and terrible customer service.
I had a great experience with the drive-thru service, especially thanks to Miss Pallavi. I want to give a shoutout to server Pallavi for her friendly smile and excellent customer service that brightened my day.
