I order 2 castles and received 1 Witb no sauce inside (ordered extra sauces) other burgers not properly packed. Also I asked for ketchup to the lady who Ketchup, sbe said yes, the ketchup is in the bag, but I found the bag was empty; no napkins no cutlery no ketchups. The manager does not seem to take the complaints seriously. This means you don't have a body you can talk to.
Food comes out fresh but might be the worlds slowest drive thru. Not sure if they?ve ever passed food through the drive thru window before. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot.
I don't know what the customer ordered. When I complained, the manager said I'll take care of myself next time. Nothing improved. They don't care about you.
