This is the triple boiled pig, house special rolls, and Dan noodles. The house dumplings are not depicted, but everything was delicious! So authentic and much better than any central pa Chinese cuisine you've ever had! Give this place a try if you want one of a kind of taste experience. I'm so glad to go back! The ordering process was all online, which was a little strange, but the flavors make for them!!!
I wanted to come for a while and I was so glad. My friend and I ordered the dandan Noodle, gulao pork and moburger. The food came fresh and hot. The dandan noodles were definitely spicy, but that made them no less delicious. The nice woman who took care of orders, supplies and servings even gave us Boba on the house. Will definitely come back to try some of the other amazing looking dishes.
Authentic in every detail! I am impressed by the ingredients they could collect, especially the tea tree mushrooms and Chinese paprika. The Dan Dan noodles were the best and most authentic I had in the USA in several years. Your menu is extensive and filled with classic Chinese dishes that are rarely found outside China. This restaurant is a hidden gem!
