We were visiting the Bauhaus in Dessau and sought an alternative to a river side restaurant closed due to a holiday. It turned out to be the best impromptu change in plans as we discovered this gem of a restaurant. While the decor was nothing to get excited about, the friendliness of the staff and real Greek food, made the way it might be made by a Yiayia, was delicious. From super garlicky tzatziki to juicy gigantes and a lovely baked lamb dish, each item was well prepared and tasty. We were only sorry we had no room for dessert as the portions were very generous.
