After a seriously disappointing experience at Momi, Ichimi was a breath of fresh air. Complete opposite of the bad service and overly salted ramen. Ichimi's staff are not only polite, they are straight up kind and went above and beyond. I am pregnant and the only thing I can drink at times is gingerale and they know me and my can of Seagrams. Always welcoming, excellent food. One evening when they were particularly slammed there was only the male manager manning tables and this guy did it all, with a gracious attitude and smile on his face. So many people would have let that pressure bring their customer care down but he maintained his professionalism and cool. They have 4 new loyal customer...
We have been looking for a local ramen place, needless to say this place went above and beyond. The quality of the food and the service were amazing. We are coming back fore sure!!
Hip and genuine petite ramen place. Reminds of a place in London that was phonomenal. Def recommend for a casual easy and intimate dinner. Not for large groups.
