I don't know what's going on with this location but twice now they have failed to provide service to my friends and I after coming home from a long night at First Friday in Phx. The host greets us if that's what you want to call it and states it's only him and the cook and it will be a 15min wait- ok, mind you it's after 1am. We get menus sit down and wait to be seated. Maybe 20 minutes later he comes by and sees that a couple is now also waiting states its still going to be a few minutes. We don't understand why he couldn't at least seat us, we wait a little longer and conclude that he doesn't want to seat us. We leave and I tell the couple good luck. Why say 24hrs if that's not true? Women’s restroom was very unclean, paper all over floor, paper towels piled up under sink cuz basket was full. We were seated, waited FOREVER for someone to come give us drinks then waited an excessively amount of time to get the drinks. Food finally arrived, did not receive all the food at the same time, last person waited for an unacceptable amount of time for her meal. I received the Tooty Fruity breakfast meal, very skimpy on portions-?that was not two scrambled eggs on my plate, very tiny pieces of bacon, just really disappointed. There were at least two unclean tables in our row when we walked in and they were still messy with dishes and unclean when we left. Our table was also unwiped...
We ate here twice this week while visiting relatives. First time I got a great breakfast. Second time, not so much. My first omelet was puffy and about an inch thick, what iHop usually looks like. Second time it was flat, about half the thickness. Also the first time I got three large pancakes, the second time they were small, like two pancakes disguised as three.
Stop by to eat after my son's baseball game . We were greeted by a nice Young man. But another guy came from the kitchen and because my son had his bag from his leftover food, and was very rude and said he couldn't have it . But was very very rude and walk back into the kitchen. Book a table now

Food is hit or miss. It’s IHOP so hard to expect too much. Although I have been in a few great ones. This one is…..well average.
Very good food and service...and price. Ordered from the IHoppy Happy Hour, 3:00-9:00 pm, these are great deals.
