We come here often but Our waitress (Alejandra m) was really rude and ruined our whole experience here .. From the beginning she had an attitude no smile just a serious face I said thank you when she came with our food and said nothing .I asked for napkins she rolled her eyes and said sure wait ,but never came didn’t offer us refills so my husband ask for refills and only served him a refill and didn’t bother to ask me . Did not bother to check up on us . I called the store once we left to let them know what happened a girl answer and I asked for her name 3 times and hung up. This is very unacceptable.. never felt so uncomfortable. The food was great tho so a big thanks to the cooks !
Went for a 7pm breakfast fix. It wasn't even remotely crowded. Maybe 2 or 3 tables with an average of 3- 4 people each. We waited to be seated about 3 minutes (not terrible). Originally, we got service fairly quickly, but we were checked on 1x. I ordered a diet Pepsi but was given a regular. It's not my 1st disappointing service experience here. Had hoped for improvement with time. Won't be back. Book a table now
My favorite thing about an Eggs Benedict is soaking up the yolk with the bread, but these eggs are overcooked. Dennys has a better version of Eggs Benedict for anyone wanting them done correctly.
