Every time I've eaten at this location, I've always left angry. Now you're probably wondering what I mean by every time I've eaten at this location. If it's such a negative experience, then go somewhere else!! The thing is, I try to support local areas as much as I can. Even if the first, second, or third visits are negative, I want to keep local areas open in hopes that they'll change for the better. This location in particular has no hope. Every visit to this ihop, it's almost empty yet it still takes nearly or over ten minutes to be seated. used to be one of the places that we loved to go every weekend.... now I swear this os the last time we come here. poor service, waitress first time very rude we thought that it was not a good day her.... today we are here again and her attitude is the same. food was awful, pancakes cut to half meaning bad quality, beacon ridiculously skinny and small. really bad bad quality and is not even cheap. on top of everything my 5 year old found this on his seat.... they don't even clean properly! un acceptable
It's an iHop, what can I say. The food isn't the highest quality but it's good for what it is. Good breakfast foods at a decent price with ok service. Last time I was here they forgot my toast and brought it out after I already finished my eggs and bacon. The waiter seemed a little confused when I told him I didn't need it anymore but at least he took it off the bill. Not a big deal, these things happen. I'll definitely be back at some point.
This location on Kraemer Blvd in Placentia, CA is a total disappointment. While I realize that the pandemic affected restaurants, the breakfast special was not delightful at all. Too little butter on the pancakes and toast, no refill offered on my coffee, and we had to ask for both butter and jam for the toast. Beyond that, the prices are astronomical even for a simple fare breakfast. Time to head back to Denny's. Book a table now
IHOP is losing its potential. For being an IHOP in a decent area, it sure has some shitty staff working it. Utensils were disgusting. Looks like they haven't even been washed. Service was horrible, dude working makes it known he hates his job. Food was okay. I wouldn't be surprised if I see this location closed soon. Bye bye IHOP!!
We went to IHOP by Kraemer and Chapman Ave. We were greeted with a smile and were seated right away. I tried their 55+ breakfast and it was very tasty! What's more, if you are 55+ and order from the regular menu, you get 10% off of the price! My husband and I will be regulars at this restaurant! ?
I came to this ihop w my mom to eat bfst everything was good but the food wasn't appetizing the only thing that was good were the crapes and pnks our HB were cooked enough and they were covered in greas our bacon was burnt and both our bacon and sausage were covered in greas including our plates
Worst service I've ever had. Very very very slow. Our server was very rude with no personality. Will not be coming to this location again. Book a table now
