Il Cucchiaio d`Argento

This is a nice Italian restaurant, next door to the Hotel Uberwasserhof. It is well patronised so reservation is really essential. There is a quieter smaller room off the main restaurant well worth being there for the relative peace. Food is excellent, well presented....There is a good range of standard Italian food. The only thing to let down the restaurant is the slowness of service.

We were staying at the hotel next door and we popped in on our last night. The food was very nice, we both had steaks. The service could have been better the waiter seemed more interested in Germans on the next table. BUT they...don’t take cards, which is unusual and you don’t find out until you pay. Fortunately we had enough cash on us.

we stayed at the hotel overwaterhof next door and found it convenient to eat here what we rarely do, except in logis de france or village inn hotels. the restaurant is well rated on tripadvisor and is by the way really independent of.

this is an Italian restaurant with excellent meals. the meals are pasta, meat and many other Italian specialties. there are also daily dishes, very tasty. the prices are great for high quality and fresh food and a great service
