I used to covet In-N-Out burger, and was really looking forward to a Double-Double (animal style). I got the number 1 deal to go, and honestly it was underwhelming. I don't think anything was made poorly, though the fries were stone cold in the five minutes it took me to drive back to my hotel. I must have just lost my taste for it.
Just like 99.99% of my visits to In N Out excellent customer service. One of the keys to their success. Other companies don't come close. Great product and customer service equals success.
What mickey D's should have been. Just burgers and fries and burgers. Simple, efficient, fast, clean and affordable. Not a single microwave oven in sight.
No drive-thru! But delicious, as always. Number 1 protein style, no tomatoes grilled onions with a strawberry lemonade. Delicious. Great customer service!
