Incontro is a restaurant on the premises of a sports club in the southwest of Munich Werdenfelsstraße, i.e. off the beaten track. The food is delicious even though the location is not very modern or hip. It's a great place for families, not least because...there's also a beergarden in the summer season. Kids will like Incontro's pizza and the kids' set meal for just Euros. Parents will love the fact that there is more good food than just pizza. Try the starters and the seasonal dishes. Sometimes, when the Italian grandmother comes for a visit, there's also excellent homemade pasta from the region in Italy

Kommen gerade wieder vom Incontro, unserem Lieblingsitaliener. Gerade auch in den Sommermonaten lieben wir dieses Lokal und seinen lauschigen Biergarten, in dem wir aber meist kühlen Weißwein genießen. Einmalig leicht und frisch das Schwertfischcarpaccio und originell der gebackene Provolone in Honig-Kräutermantel. Die gegrillten Calamari und die Kalbsleber mit Weintrauben in Grappasoße waren an unserem Tisch die Highlights. Beim nächsten Mal lassen wir wieder Platz für die leckere Tiramisu.....
