After exploring the Grand Canyon, we stopped by this restaurant for lunch. It has a convenient parking lot and clean restrooms. The interior decor gave off an old and slightly unkempt vibe, but the food was surprisingly delicious. We started with the aloo chilli appetizer, which featured raw vegetables alongside boiled and fried potatoes. The sauce was tasty, but we wished the onions and bell peppers were cooked a bit more. The service was friendly and the food was delicious and unique, featuring Indian, Nepali, and other Himalayan specialties. They offer a separate Vegan menu as well as Vegetarian and Vegan options on the main menu. Our favorite dish was the saag tofu, which was even better than any dairy version we've had.
