Just waited close to 20 minutes in the drive through! Didn't even get an acknowledgement from staff for the wait. Absolutely ridiculous! 20 minutes waiting for 2 orders of chicken nuggets a burger and fries. It's been years since my last visit here and I was rudely reminded tonight why I stopped coming. Whoever is on today's shift between the hours of 6:00-7:00 p.m needs some SERIOUS training on management and customer service!! Should have just cooked at home. So much for fast food.
Usually, when my girlfriend and I visit this restaurant, we end up having trouble ordering lunch. However, today was a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and both my girlfriend and I left feeling very happy and satisfied.
