The rude, Hispanic female that was working tonight around midnight is terrible. I told her over and over and over that I wanted the Jumbo Jack with the same toppings as the Ultimate Cheese Burger. Which means 3 different cheeses and no tomatoes or lettuce. We went back and forth for 10 minutes at the order spot. Guess what I ended up with? A Jumbo Jack with swiss cheese instead of the original cheese! And not the other 2 cheeses either!!!!!!! There was also lettuce and tomato on it which was NOT what I ordered. I usually go through the drive-thru at this location, though I've occasionally dined in. During those times, the staff have been hit or miss—sometimes friendly, but other times quite rude. It’s fast food, so I don’t expect too much in terms of service. Jack In The Box is, after all, just Jack In The Box. However, this particular location seems to serve food that's even more unappetizing than at others. Ordered for delivery. They missed one of the burgers that was part of a 2 for deal and the sauce we requested.The food was for the most part edible (barely), except the tomatoes on my side salad. They were old and wrinkled. The image attached was the worst of them. The salad cheese tastes like American cheese shreaded. So gross.I doubt I will purchase from them again.
