This place was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Go to the other Jack in the Box; they're nicer and cleaner. This is the second time I've picked up a mobile order here and didn't receive my shake. The first time, I was okay with it because my food was good and the workers were friendly and they offered to write my name down so I could come back later, which worked for me. This time the food tasted terrible. Fries and tacos cold, burger and extreme sausage tasted like they either were cooked on a grill that wasn't cleaned since my last visit, or were cooked on a grill that had grill cleaner chemicals on it. We threw our food away for fear of being poisoned. So very disappoint...
This jack in the box is always out of everything at night I go at night because I get off at work and they barely have food to make and makes you rush to do your order, then they will take forever to make just one breakfast sandwich. Most of the guys works with just stand around and be talking to other guys workers while the girl works are actually doing there jobs.don't go to this one at night at least
This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Slowest service you can imagine with no customers and even with a very simple order they completely screwed it up. And took beyond forever to get the wrong stuff. The manager is terrible. And this isn 't the first time. I 've stopped there 2 other times and the exact same experience.
Employees that worked on October 7 2023 @10pm are rude.They lie about their service.Lied about their machines not working, refused to make a shake for us.They refused to charge us seperalty.Ignored us when we asked a a question.They only gave us 3 hot sauces for a order of 10 tacos and 6 sandwiches.Do not come here. Bad customer service. Book a table now
The place is trashed, it's honestly sad I use to enjoy coming her often but with this new management it shows how less people care. The manager is sitting on her phone talking to the staff most of the time and they are missing items on the menu most of the time. I wouldn't recommend it and I hope they hire new staff that cares
Seems like a bunch of space cadets work here. order to meat lovers burrito. The tortilla wasn't cooked, had asked for hot sauce in the drive-thru they forgot it. When I opened my burrito there was a big tear in the tortilla which again was uncooked. super stellar service!
Ordered a milk shake was told machine broke! I then asked for a orange fanta and nope they said that they were out. Then had to pull over to wait for food so there timer don’t run there was no one in waiting room and it was slow why do i always got to pull to the side!
