I was too hungry and in a rush to take better pictures but I highly recommend this location. I'm not sure if it's always this great but I had a good customer service experience with lady named Daisy (I think that was her name), and the food was delicious! I bought 20 tacos and they included plenty of salsas and ketchup without me asking for them.
I asked the cashier about the jack in the box app and she did not have any clue of any app and said Im sorry its understandable but if there is an app please inform the customers about it give info and walk them through, its concerning that i love that place and no info what so ever...
My gripe is not about the food, but about the condition of the restaurant. Filthy floors and tables. I walked in during non rush hour. The staff was mostly socializing rather than cleaning the dining area. Nobody wants to sit with their family at a dirty or messy table.
Not so much the food but the service in this place is why i gave them 5 stars they guy taking the order very polite and was going around the tables making sure everything was alright... to me thats service you dont get in evey jack in the box...
