I visit the drive-thru at this restaurant several times a week and recently asked the employee who is often working the register for their name. I am usually not impressed enough by employees to ask for their name, but I believe it is important to give compliments as well as complaints when they are well-deserved, as it can be a morale booster. "Kallen" is always friendly and goes above and beyond what I am used to at a fast food establishment. I believe he represents the restaurant well and is a pleasure to interact with.
