Altitude 1366m. All your senses are awake. A pleasant spring smell comes to caresss the tip of your nose. The clarines offer a musical background in these magnificent pastures lined with large fir trees that hide beautiful blueberry carpets that bloom to accommodate the month of August. We're rediscovering the chaume roofs of the estives. The Jasserie welcomes you in the simplicity and quality so precious of the conviviality of a beautiful day around a huge table where hikers, accustomed and tourists sit. The campagnard meal is like the volunteers of the association who welcome us with smile and generosity. Do not forget to make your reservations for lunch at the Tourist Office of Montbrison...

Here is one of the few places where you can eat on the south on the huts of the drill but on reservation the day before! Careful, the place is very far from the place. The menu is not expensive and invigorating, of mountain type (scuterie plate and patia are on the programs.) the patia is a dish of potatoes resembling the gratin of dauphinois, except that it is made in a pot, with cheese, all being long turn to the spoon, a party! The restauratrice team is great!

very good reception and friendly atmosphere in a remarkable place. The meal is authentic and copied. to immerse yourself in the great chaumes, the discovery of the museal space, the restoration to the jasserie of the black **** and the hike of the passor are ideal.

A very nice tavern spirit. The meal is simple, local and really cheap. It is recommended after the hike of the climber which starts at the pass of the Supeyres (3h walk, one of the most beautiful of the Puy de Dome). Remember to book directly online or by phone.
