I ordered a sub-brunnen pop for delivery and it took just over 90 minutes to come to me. When I called the 60-minute mark to find out where the food was, the woman who took my call was very rude. She said I got 50 tickets and two drivers, so I don't know what to tell you, we're busy. I can't just call people to let them know. I said that this is something you should tell people before time when you order so we don't think they are really crazy fast and will be on the street in a mile in 30 minutes or less. Freaky Fast my A! This place is a joke. I'm not gonna order them back for delivery. It took almost 2 hours to deliver for my sandwich when my work ca. 5 miles away. Then when I tried to see if they even received my order, no one answered the phone, or they would answer and then hang up immediately. I called about 8 times. When my sandwich finally came, the driver said they were busy with only two drivers and two people made the sandwiches in the store. You need to rent or have more people working at a time or let customers know that they will not be Freaky Fast delivery.
The food is consistently good as with other Jimmy Johns and Service fast, but if you want to sit there and eat, this is one of the worst places I have ever seen. Tables are small and crampy. Narrow walk way to drink station and tables. I'm not a big guy, so if I'm tired, I can only figure out how others feel.
I ordered for delivery an hour ago. Only called to see where my order was, was said it would be another 15-20 minutes. I understand it's snowing, but they should call you or tell you a waiting time online... not so fucking fast!
