After waiting nearly 10 minutes in the drive-thru due to just one car ahead of me, I finally received my sandwich and left. I was in Morris for a doctor's appointment, and by the time I got to Ottawa to eat my sandwich, it was practically empty—there was hardly any filling on it. After snapping a picture, I took four bites before I even reached the tuna. Shaking my head. The Jimmy John's in Ottawa is so much better! Is this really what I paid $6.00 for?!!
I love jimmy John's.. used to manage one.. this Morris location seems like never puts any lettuce on my sandwich.. I always ask for extra lettuce because of this.. and still get barely any lettuce on my sandwich.. so now I'm leaving a review because I'm annoyed as I eat my sandwich that I asked for extra lettuce and barely have any..I have added a picture of the sandwich in question.. that's extra lettuce.. that to me is light for normal lettuce..
I bought 3 regulars and 2 slims and these sandwiches had little to no turkey on them at all!!! all cheese and bread. what the hell ? $45 on nothing. Pay attention to your sandwich people! Like would you be happy if you got that? Unbelievable. 10/9/23 12pm. I didn't pull the sandwiches out till I got home in Wilmington or else I'd go back for a refund!
Stopped in on Wed at lunch time. Super busy but they moved fast. Woman at register had trouble w/ my order the girl Briana who was making sandwiches, popped over did the register, helped another co-worker then made my sandwich . She was killing it awesome to watch! Hope Jimmy's realizes what an awesome worker they have!!! Book a table now
I was the only car in line tonight and it took forever to make my sandwich. The girls that were inside working were laughing and giggling and playing around. 2 days in a row the same thing. I went yesterday for a sandwich as well and once again slow service.
I found out after I paid that they discontinued the kicking ranch. The food is good, but that ranch really brought everything together. I won't be returning and I'll be deleting my rewards membership.
Wasn't happy with my order last time and they didn't put napkins like I asked. Go inside and order to go tonight and they didn't have the decency to put it in a bag like it should be.
Sandwiches are made poorly and the last 3 times I ordered for to my work which is a few blocks away, my food never showed up. Not coming Book a table now
The sandwich was delicious, but despite asking twice for no tomatoes, they still added them. I found the prices to be much too high.
