I’m quite familiar with JJs, having grown up in CU and with corporate JJs. Since moving back to the Midwest, I've visited this location twice. Each time, the service has been excellent, but tonight I opted for delivery. I placed my order at 8:14 PM, just 45 minutes before they closed, so I was worried about potential delays or food quality. To my surprise, the delivery driver arrived at my door by 8:24 PM! Incredible! So, don’t let the old reviews about long delivery wait times discourage you. This was probably one of the best JJs sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks, everyone!
I understand if you want to delete this, but I have to share that there were roaches in this restaurant, and I'm not exaggerating. When I ordered an iced tea and tried to add extra ice from the machine, I was met with two roaches. Having worked as a shift lead in the fast food industry, I find this completely unacceptable and disgusting. I’m surprised that the management isn’t aware of this infestation in their establishment. On a positive note, the young Black man who prepared my meal was very helpful and kind.
Just ordered a turkey sandwich to go. After I sit down to unwrap my sandwich I realize how extremely pale the bread is. It doesn't even look fully baked. I took one bite and threw it away. The bread was totally mushy, doughy, and undercooked. I don't know why they would even serve this bread to anymore. I will never come back here. Waste of time and money. And I'm still hungry!
I've ordered from this place twice now, and I have to say that "freaky fast" definitely doesn't apply to this location! I understand being short-staffed, but they really should inform customers that their delivery will take longer than expected. Book a table now
Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. Plenty of meat and cheese and I was full after eating just one. Solid sandwich. Anthony and the rest of the staff were great, professional, friendly, and super quick with my order.
