I will never return to this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 12 piece chicken bucket with all dark meat. I noticed on the receipt that it said spicy chicken but my daughter can’t eat spicy so when the drive-through cashier Diana was going to give me the food I told her that I need a regular sandwich not spicy. She then paused and had a look on her face as if she was upset. She then just took the food and closed the window like she had an attitude. It was my favorite fast food until I took a bite of one of the chicken legs and it was very undercooked. I thought I was being delusional and I tried popping in the air fryer hoping it would make a difference (it didnt do ****) so I took it back for a refund but they said i already ate too much of it when it wasn't even me. HOW RUDE!! Book a table now
Thankful this location was the only fast food that was open on Thanksgiving after 5pm. The lady that took our order was super nice and the food was great.
The food is consistently hot and quite good. They always get our orders right, and the staff is always friendly.
