Vegetarian options: I really don't think there are a lot of vegetarian options, but if you don't eat chicken, the coleslaw is very good, always fresh. The mac and cheese is a good option. The biscuits and honey are good, but they get hard as a rock as they cool. Strange? Please, go back to the old days and research biscuits’ first recipe because they were not hard like your biscuits nowadays. I remember when you first opened they were very good because I'm 64 years young. In my honest opinion, something is wrong if a biscuit gets hard like that. I visited this restaurant for lunch and used the drive-thru, which had no wait. The staff member was friendly, quick, and efficient. My food was served piping hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious. I sampled the new Hot Spicy 8-piece wings along with French fries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spicy they were! I highly recommend trying them out. However, I didn’t anticipate how heavy the meal would be since it's all fried food, so I may choose a different side next time. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a quick bite!
Chicken was fantastic. But I opted for quick pick up. When I went in to so-called quick pick it up, they hadn't even started my order. There was no one eating in and two cars in the drive through. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then they put my food order in. I could have just gone to the drive through and not had to get out of my car. Service was lacking.

Went out in rain and one person working at the window and explain several times what I wanted. When I drove all the way home in the rain, they did not give me my full order. I was not happy and this is not the first time.
Just picked up a Famous Bowl combo at the KFC at 17520 Yorba Linda Blvd.-Not popcorn chicken as expected, just a couple of cut-up chicken fingers with lots of gristle. Pepsi was too flat to even finish drinking it.
The chicken served here is hardly edible. It's consistently over-fried and greasy, leaving you with a taste that makes you not want to eat chicken ever again. This is what they call food? Unbelievable.
Overall, this KFC is quite good. However, I'm really disappointed that they discontinued their ultimate hot wings. They were my all-time favorite! It's such a bummer that this change happened. Book a table now
