Going to a potluck for Thanksgiving and I am not a cook. I decided to purchase the KFC Thanksgiving box. In total I paid about $110 and I'm totally satisfied. The turkey is between 12-14 pounds, the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese are both 100 ounces, and there are 12 biscuits. The mash and mac were pretty standard in regard to the taste, the turkey surprised my friends and I. Tender and juicy and had a really good flavor. This box alone was more than enough to feed at least a family of 4-6 and the price wasn't bad. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stress out about the cooking part of Thanksgiving. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an original leg and thigh, but what I received were two burnt pieces of chicken that were rock hard with barely any meat on them. You would need a magnifying glass to find any meat on those bones, and both pieces were unusually small. I wasted $12 on this meal, and even my dogs won’t eat it. To top it off, the biscuit was as hard as a rock—clearly stale! If I decide to give this place another chance, I’ll definitely be asking for a refund. Additionally, the restrooms are in dire need of a deep clean; they smelled so bad that I almost choked! I can't believe no one has reported this to the health department!
We went to the KFC in Lincoln, CA for small family meal bucket. We asked for 2 breasts and 6 thighs original. They gave us excuse they couldn't give us that many thighs they would run short. It is 5:15 PM on a Saturday. Give me a break the dinner crowd hasn't even started coming in. We get home and the size of the thighs are dinky, a little bigger than wings. The Breast are not much bigger than the thighs. No, it was not original, not sure what it was supposed to be. The coleslaw is very watery. No napkins. Ok, Lincoln, KFC you are off are restaurant list forever.
I visited the Lincoln, CA location and had previously been to other spots in Sacramento, but no one was willing to assist me with my challenging request. However, Esteban came to the rescue. He handled my request with kindness and patience. Whoever is in charge should definitely consider giving him a significant raise—he shows remarkable integrity and truly cares about others. I ordered the six-piece special, but they only included five pieces and a chicken nugget in the box. The food was cold. The woman at the front counter yesterday around 6 PM was the worst employee I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. I will never return to this location. I thought I was making a better choice by driving to Lincoln instead of the Roseville KFC, but I was mistaken.
Worst experience everDid not receive large cheese curds I was charged for family size meals,and did not order them I was givin two rootbeer. One of them was diet.employee could not say,and it was not marked anyway I drank the wrong one and can not have sugar of any kind.I'm diabetic!!72.00 freakin dollars later,and 439 blood sugar.THANK YOU KFC!!
My food had brown things on the food it looked like poop and they didn't give me my whole order:(I am mad)this is not sanitary or good service
