The place is wrecked. The drive thru speaker is trashed, off it's base and laying over. The awning over the window is messed up, it looked trashy. Looking inside as i drove by it just looked dingy and dirty. Just overall a very rundown look all around. My order was correct hut the quality was horrible and everything is so tiny. Yes I got the chicken little but there was hardly any meat in it and the wrap wasn't any better. The man working the window told me to wait a minute when I pulled up and then just tossed my items at me. Not friendly or proessional. I think this will be my last time coming here.
Every single time I visit this KFC, there's always an issue. This time, we ordered our food and waited 30 minutes before asking where it was. They had no idea. When we arrived, there wasn't a single customer inside, yet there were three mobile orders and around five or six cars in the drive-thru. After waiting, I got up to inquire about our order, and they finally started preparing it—40 minutes after we placed it. It's just ridiculous, and you can certainly do better, considering the prices you charge.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! This place is terrible. I ordered a $20 meal and requested french fries, but they never arrived. The biscuits were really hard, and the chicken tasted old and stale. The only decent thing was the sides. I chose this restaurant because I was already in Charleston, and the one in Mattoon was closed. The Mattoon location was excellent. Please reopen!
The food was awesome, and the service was great. But the inside was dirty! Every table was a mess, and they were not that busy to where they couldn't clean the dining area. I will be back, but I will not eat inside. It was pretty nasty Well it is not listed, but the Chicken tenders were excellent!!! You will not be disappointed ? Book a table now
Did a pickup, cold lobby, cold food, waited 20 mins after the app said it was ready, was out of food and made substitutes, others came in and left without the employees acknowledged and was missing food when we got home, Slow, understaff, store is showing wear and overall bad experience. Save yourself from the pain and regret.
They raised prices and dropped quality. I waited 45 minutes for my food because there was only two people working and this isn't a one time thing. The owner of this place is doing a horrible job and it's a shame because this KFC used to be fantastic. Hard sandwich buns is a major issue here.
