Upon our arrival, we waited in the drive-thru for five minutes without anyone answering. After that, we drove around to the entrance, where a sign on the door indicated that the lobby was closed for pickup orders and instructed customers to use the drive-thru. We returned to the drive-thru and waited another two minutes, but still no one answered. Frustrated, I knocked on the window, even though it was only 3:30 PM and their posted hours stated they should be open until 10:30 PM. Eventually, I had to call the store to ask what was going on, and they informed me that they were just opening. We ordered a 6-piece bucket meal through the drive-thru, and when we got home, the biscuits were terrible—they were like hockey pucks because they hadn't been allowed to rise properly. The staff does amazing under pressure, I witnessed them today 02/04/24 at 5:30pm handle a complete karen who was extremely rude to them, and they still took care of her with better service than she deserved. Book a table now
Tried to call no answer to see if they had something drove there not bizzy at all walked out after got my answer if they would of answered wouldn’t have went there never will go back.
