This location closes at 10 PM, but when I went through the drive-thru at 9 PM, I was informed that the KFC section of the KFC/Taco Bell was closed. There were no signs indicating this—just a casual, "Sorry, would you like some Taco Bell instead?" Unfortunately, I really wanted fried chicken. So, I decided to head to Popeyes down the road, but they were swamped, with a line all the way around the building. It seems KFC thought 9 PM was a great time to shut down early on a Friday night.
It seems like the restrooms haven't been cleaned or maintained in quite some time. The hand dryer and paper towel dispenser are both out of order. I recognize that it's challenging to find reliable staff these days, but it's clear that the cleanliness and upkeep of this place are lacking. The food was below average, far from what KFC used to offer. I likely won’t return.
I ordered a deal that promised half fresh chicken, but the other half was either yesterday's or had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. What a disappointment! I haven't ordered KFC in years, as I usually prefer Popeyes, and it looks like I'll continue to stick with Popeyes instead of risking more old chicken at this location.
So....drive across town to catch KFC before they close at 10 PM, get there at 910, only Tobe told that KFC is closed. Ok....maybe that should be posted on your website? Just a thought, huh? Book a table now
This place is garbage, please don’t waste your time and money going here. I would rather have my thoughts for lunch than to come to this sorry place they call fast food.
