Kfc - Table reservation

So we went to kfc sunday 3rd december with 2 hungry teenage rugby player s that just played 80 min match and fancied some chicken The service was terrible the place was dirty we waited in the queue for 20 minutes behind 2 other couples there was 1 girl serving and people to my right had been waiting 30minutes the guy to my left 30 minutes and the guy he ended up getting a full refund the guy to my left he was still waiting after 25 muns the girl was doing delivery's drive through and customers inside at half speed. The manager came and give the guy a full refund no sorry no acknowledgement and nothing to the people in front who were patiently waiting for over 30 mins he was proper arrogant a...

the order is always quite wrong. they always leave the dives (for which they pay) and the personal is always under such an immense pressure is a wonder that they are still standing. eating is mediocre, let's do it, it's British almost food, not played michelin eating. despite all this, it is always hot and safe filling a hole, I will come every week to seem to be the only customer who says thank you. do their best, and they were all for us through hard times. great respect for all who work here. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The children thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return in the future.

easy ordering and collecting process. ordered online, arrived in the garage and checked in. the order was ready to collect when it was entered.

Ordered meal plus 2 drinks which were full of ice and hardly any pop, would not be going there again. Not a patch on the kfc crosshands
