I drive half their lobby closed at 2 I called them the manager let me and prepare the food and let me sit in the lobby and make sure that everything was perfect was the best customer service in Douglas Georgia the shift manager name is Joshua he is definitely the most polite and polite manager I've ever seen thanks to man
Lady in drive through very friendly but I spent almost $30.00 just for Krystals we thought it was the 24 pk combo much to our surprise it wasn't. That's way too expensive. Never eat at a Krystals again that was the first and last time
Lobby closed. Went thru drive thru...lady says go ahead with your order . So I order food. Then she says I 'm on break. I 'm not taking anymore orders until 11....it was 1032am and someone went right before me
Staff were very friendly. Food was perfect hot, fresh, and just like we ordered. Best Krystals I've been there for a long time.
