La Bulle - Table reservation

On this Sunday October 8, 2023 with an Indian summer, being disappointed with Speck we go to the Markstein bubble. Already limited, there are two people over fifty who are at the service today. 100% frozen food and very bad. Only fatty products (nuggets, fries, snacks, white sausage, etc. Disgusting mulled wine: surely a ready-made powder preparation. Small quantity. Very expensive, especially for what it is. Poor organization: the waiter places our order but the owner arrives at the same time to ask for our order again. More food at 1:30 p.m. The huge dog sleeping in the kitchen with his leash on. Questionable hygiene and above all not practical for moving around in this small space. Honestly it's a shame to sell this in such a pretty place.
