we were at chin for a week, in a 3 star chin hotel, half board so no need to eat outside, but we wanted a quiet atmosphere. we had seen people get denied because the restaurant was full of reserved customers, so we decided to book the next day. We were there on March 8 - a Wednesday. a 90-year-old lady finished her meal - she eats there every Wednesday and Saturday, it seems. to make us happy, we ordered an entire turbot to share - absolutely delicious and the novelty to have the whole fish cooked professionally served at the table was an experience.
