We took the discovery menu. after the amuses mouth, a octopus-based pre-entrance with two very sought after sauces a seiche ink, the other crustaceans) accompanied by a leafy algae that would deserve to be on the map A fairly classical entry of langoustines and the other very amazing jelly of cucumber and cold oysters The presentations are very beautiful. To follow old tomato turbot for one and miso eggplant for the other Still, the sauces are very worked, Bravo to the two desserts composed of strawberries and gavotte basil sauce and raw/cook/sorbet peaches accompanied by homemade bretons. It was a successful birthday lunch. We want to come back and taste the beautiful cheese tray
We were lucky enough to discover La Ville Blanche shortly after it opened under it's previous owners many, many years ago. It immediately became a firm favourite. Last night we returned to see how things were under its new owners and were delighted. The food remains excellent and inventive and front of house staff are attentive and friendly. We were fortunate to also see the chef and a little of the spirit of the place. We are over joyed that a favourite haunt has survived and grown and will definitely be returning.
An exceptional meal from end to end, with a very sophisticated treatment of flavors. Great cuisine, exquisite and refined. The staff is in small care and impeccable service. Long live the return of the new star, so deserved!
