Nous avions choisi ce restaurant en fonction des avis des autres clients. Au menu pour moi, le cheeseburger "normalement" avec du Black Angus. Quelle déception ! Le steak ressemblant plus à de la viande reconstituée que du boeuf. Le Black Angus étant normalement une très bonne viande, je remets vraiment en doute le fait que la viande en était.Le reste de la carte est peut-être mieux, mais je déconseille vraiment fortement le cheeseburger.Pour finir, je pense qu'il faudrait nettoyer les photos existantes qui correspondent aux photos du Bistrot (voir sur les assiettes) et qui ne représentent pas les plats de la carte actuelle.
I went there on several occasions and each of my experiences were outstanding. The service was professional and friendly. They provided me with good recommendation for wine as well as food. I tried few dishes as the aspargus, the beef tartare and several dishes of the day. All of them were tasty and flavorful! You can feel that the food is all fresh. The prices are more than correct. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Geneva and especially to all the local people. PS: they have a very quiet terasse on the other side of the restaurant ;)
This restaurant has been taken over by new owners, who specialise in fresh, seasonal produce and really delicious food. It's in the new banking area, so lunchtime when there is always an excellent plat du jour is very busy, but the a ls carte menu in the evening makes it really worth visiting, The cooking is perfect and imaginative amuse vouches are offered which show the skill in the kitchen. They have a garden/terrace which is especially nice in the summer.
Beaucoup de photos disponibles correspondent à la nouvelle adresse "le bistrot" et non au restaurant actuel.Le cheeseburger au black Angus est une immense déception. Le steak ressemblait à tout sauf à du black Angus ( plus proche du steak surgelé reconstitué que d'un steak frais) photo à l'appui.N'y ayant mangé qu'une seule fois mon avis porte uniquement sur ce plat et ne remet en cause le reste de la carte.
