a SANS-FAUTE nestled in the old lille with the brewery on the ground floor and the restaurant on the floor, the hotel offers a modern and warm setting with a large open kitchen on the bedroom. reception is professional and smiling, just like service. You must have dared the unique menu formula that is still quite risky. the chef excels in the mix of flavors and shows, from superb products, a rare inventiveness and an irreproachable technique with a perfect mastery of the kitchen. No reproach to make mouth fun to mignardize. thanks to the Coravin system, the sommelier can offer a beautiful selection of glass wines. Finally, the addition is very correct for a starred restaurant.
