I gave this bar 1 star to draw attention to my comment. I would actually give it 3 stars solely on the service provided by the female bartender (I wish i had got her name), the mix drinks/prices, and the music/vibe. It was my first time visiting this bar on Sunday 11/5 after 9. I 'm not from Pittsburgh area. My cousin suggested this bar so we meet catch up. It wasnt great experience at first though (do to shorter male bartender) we were toward the end of bar closer to restroom where he had been working. He never acknowledged us and we tried to call him (at first we gave benefit of doubt, like maybe he didn 't hear us he serving others). We were only one sitting without drinks. We were there...
Lefty's is a great place to grab an ice cold beer when you need a break from the crowded streets of the Strip District. The beer I ordered was seriously the closest beer I have ever been served at a bar. The bartender was welcoming and the price was reasonable. Indoor seating is available as well as a few outdoor seats in case you want to continue people watching during your beer break.
WE LOVE STOPPING HERE!! Pepper is our favorite. She's the best and the atmosphere is comfy great drinks!!
This place made my weekend , best dive bar I found on my steelers Niners trip....
