Nice discovery! A charming place that we had the pleasure of discovering thanks to the The fork app. Small card that makes you want, you have the choice between 3 or 4 inputs/plats/desserts. Therefore very fast service and quality products! The waitress and a small ray of sun I enjoyed a lot. The service contributes greatly to the well-being of the moment in a restaurant and it is the case in Emulsion. The trout was very good accompanied by some originality, popcorn with Cayenne peppers, and coral lentils. Creamy dessert with salty caramel butter, chocolate and crispy hazelnuts. a delight Thanks for this dinner and we will come back with great pleasure.
My husband had booked a table to celebrate my birthday/Holy Valentine. We both took a complete menu with a bottle of cream in the region. Everything was perfect! From entry to dessert, everything is very fine, thoughtful and ultra good! The chef perfectly masters his cuisine and agreements, the waitress knows his products and the region, a matching duo. In short: it is not for nothing that this restaurant is in the top3 Michelin, it deserves its title of one of the best restaurants in the region. To recommend and return without moderation
