Don't know his butcher's play, don't know his wines. speaks the French in a French restaurant. has the air pressed with 2 catch tables (including mine) restaurant always empty. Eating out on the terrace was a pleasure. The quality of the food and the service were excellent. The escargots de bourgogne were perfect and the magret de canard was nice and rosé.
