This was our first time here, so wasn't sure how it works. Let me say, if there is a table with a t.v. open ,take it. These tables seat between 2 to 6 people. They have every type of console and over 700 video games!...The staff are super friendly and helpful. We got there around 5:30 on a Friday and gets busy fast. On weekends there is a 3 hour limit, which is actually a lot of time. They also have quite a few board games on the main level and another floor with a board game lounge. on the level one game pub with a group of ngo employees. we had several tables reserved in the second floor so we could share a meal and play some games. what a great idea! the eating and drinks were good, the server were very attentive, and we all worked through several board games before a small group of us decided to give pandemic a try. the players need to work together actiw, while we set up research stations all over the world, find healings and fight more and more infection rates and new outbreaks. happy to say that, as we approached the end, we cured and successfully cured the last of four diseases just before the exit of the cards. running cards would have ended the game, and the wo...
I landed here by chance, but so glad we made it! we arrived on a Saturday shortly after midday and stayed up to almost three. there are hundreds of board games and lots of beer and eat. the hot chocolate was beautiful. we played some old games that we hadn't played for years, while we enjoy a few beers and an appetizer. great sound and we will surely come back when we are back in ottawa!
this restaurant was a hit for a team building event. the appetizers were perfect and there was a large selection of drinks. there were so many board and card games to choose from and they were all well organized by “family”, “Party”, “strategy”. I really liked...as they thought there was a back of dry firemarkers, for example for a drawing game or for cards. fun!
